General Terms & Conditions
Tamsco is a manufacturer and trades only at the wholesale level. We sell primarily to distributors, importers, exporters, wholesalers, retailers as well as other manufacturers. You must have a reseller's certificate in order to open a wholesale account. Please download a credit application and fax to 1-708-430-7873.
- Initial orders require a secure form of payment. Subsequent orders can be invoiced at Net 30 days pending credit approval.
- We accept all major credit cards however there will be a 4% surcharge on credit card payments.
- In most cases our minimum order is 12 pieces per product.
- Orders of $500 or greater can qualify for free freight. Otherwise freight is pre-paid and later billed.
- Minimum order for private-label (or customization) is usually 500 pieces per product however exceptions do exist. Please inquire.
- Orders drawing from our Chicago warehouse usually ship within a few days. Ex factory (Pakistan) orders usually take about 60 days to produce.
- Returns must be authorized and made within 30 days of receipt in order to receive full credit.
